Welcome to Dr. Waters' Premier Palo Alto Plastic Surgery practice, serving patients from the Bay Area, Northern California, Europe and Asia. Plastic surgeon, Linda M. Waters, MD, CM, FRCS, FACS, is a Stanford University-trained physician, who was an Academic Professor at Stanford University for 7 years, and is now a member of the Adjunct Clinical Faculty in the Division of Plastic Surgery at Stanford. She performs a variety of reconstructive and cosmetic procedures for refining one’s appearance with a personal touch, within her private practice.
